The machine tool mainly consists of frame, slide, back stopping system, control system and molds, etc.

1. Frame: This part consists of left and right columns, support plate, lower table and other components of the box-shaped frame. The bed is welded with steel plate as a whole, and after welding, the machine is subjected to high temperature aging at 700 degrees for 24 hours, and the surface is treated with shot blasting, which completely eliminates the internal stresses generated during welding, and adopts the heavy-duty design to ensure the rigidity and long-term stability of the machine tool.

2. Slider: This part mainly consists of slider, power box, magnetic scale, screw, rectangular guide rail and other components. Left and right power box with bolts and frame fastening connection, screw and slider using nuts, ball block connection, the structure of the slider can improve the live when subjected to partial load. The slider and the frame are connected by rectangular guide rail. The guide rail is self-lubricating, and only a few drops of oil are needed every week. In the frame on both sides of the C-shaped plate equipped with scales to control the upper limit position of the slider stroke, the lower limit position, the empty stroke and the working stroke of the transition point position, as well as detection, feedback of the synchronized movement of the two screws.

3. Control system: Adopting self-developed numerical control system, according to the plate thickness, material, length and automatic calculation of bending force, automatic calculation of angular error correction.

4. Mold: This part consists of two parts: the upper mold assembly and the lower mold assembly. The upper mold is mounted on the slide, relying on the clamping plate to fix it, the lower mold can be single V, double V and multi-V and other forms, the mold can be segmented according to the user's requirements.

5. Front feed support: This part is a standard part, installed on the front of the working table. When using, according to the length of the workpiece, the front pallet holder can be moved manually to the appropriate position for fastening, the pallet holder can be adjusted horizontally and vertically.

The deflection compensation system ensures that the table and the upper slide are always parallel during the bending operation.

Sheet thickness, length, lower mold opening and tensile strength data are entered into the CNC system, bending strength and the corresponding table and upper slide offset is automatically calculated, each bending operation will be automatically controlled by the CNC system to adjust the mechanical deflection compensation system to achieve a reasonable position of the bulge. The system provides auto-correction and auto-compensation capability, which can conveniently, reliably and accurately adjust the deflection curve of the table in the whole length to match the deformation curve in order to make the whole length angle consistent. The machine adopts advanced mechanical deflection compensation system to ensure the straightness of the workpiece.

Mechanical compensation: it consists of upper and lower compensation slanting blocks, which are composed of three-dimensional surfaces with different slopes according to the deflection curves of the slider and the table, and the compensation curve is closer to the deflection curves of the slider and the table, which makes up for the blind spot of the hydraulic compensation, and thus greatly improves the machining accuracy of the press brake machine, and it is called the overall compensation in comparison with the hydraulic compensation.

Mechanical compensation is the use of potentiometer to measure the return signal position, as a CNC axis, to achieve digital control, so that the compensation value is more accurate.
