High-Voltage/Low-Voltage Prefabricated Substation

1. Reliability: The bottom frame of the prefabricated cabin is welded by steel sections, and the skeleton of the cabin is a welded one-piece structure; the main steel material should be high-quality carbon structural steel, and different structures should be selected according to the design of different internal equipment and different application environments, and finite element analysis should be conducted for the structure to ensure that the prefabricated cabin is not deformed.

2. Fire resistance: prefabricated cabin wall panels are double-layered steel plates filled with fireproof materials, the cabin wall panels ensure that the minimum performance level of internal or external fire is more than 3 hours of fire resistance, and the cabin shell has integrity and fire resistance within 3 hours.

3. Anti-corrosion performance: the prefabricated cabin anti-corrosion treatment complies with ISO 12944 "color paint and varnish protective paint system for corrosion protection of steel structures" standard, using multiple anti-corrosion processes, including pretreatment, zinc layer, intermediate layer, surface layer and other multiple treatment processes, the total thickness of the paint layer is not less than 200 μ m, to ensure that the cabin in the C4 environment of anti-corrosion.

4. Prefabricated cabin is a customized product, which can be designed according to the different requirements of the internal equipment, set different access doors, access line openings, etc., a variety of solutions to meet the different needs of users.
